SUWANNA TANTISRICHAROENKUL

Suwanna is a founder and a managing director of Beyond Advisor. She has more than 20 years direct experience in investment banking business. Her experience covers all areas of investment banking including M&A, IPO, fund raising, debt restructuring, and financial advisory works. Her past financial advisory works included the opinions on the acquisitions of more than 500mw solar power plants by Super Energy Corporation Plc., the opinion on share swap between Phatra Capital Plc. and Kiatnakin Bank Plc., and the opinion on share swap between Prasit Patana Plc. and Bangkok Dusit Medical Services Plc. She has successfully completed numerous IPO & fund raising transactions for various industries including property, healthcare, entertainment and energy sectors. She also handled the issuance of B/Es and debentures for more than Baht 6 billion. Her past success of M&A transactions includes the sale of a hospital in Chiangmai, the sale of a wastewater treatment plant, the sale of a packaging factory, the sale of ready-built factories, the sale of a textile company and the acquisition of a chemical company

Previously, Suwanna was a partner and an executive director of Sage Capital where she was one of key executives who set up and operated Sage Capital for 13 years. Suwanna received her B.S. degree with first class honors in economics from Kasetsart University in October 1991. With a scholarship from the Japanese government, she attended the School of Management at the Asian Institute of Technology (A.I.T.) where she received an M.B.A. in April 1994.

PORNCHANUN ASWAKITTIMAKUL

Pornchanun is a partner and a deputy managing director of Beyond Advisor.She has more than 20 years direct experience in investment banking and financial advisory fields. She has diverse experience in M&A, capital markets, financial restructuring and financial advisory transactions.Pornchanun has completed a number of M&A transactions including disposal of a packaging company, a hospital and ready-built factories for rent.She was also a financial advisor on a tender offer of Sherwood Chemicals Plc. shares by TOA Venture Holding Co., Ltd.Additionally, she acted as financial advisor to Thai Eastern Group for its joint venture with Sumitomo Rubber Industries investment in a rubber plantation and factory.

Apart from M&A transactions, Pornchanun provided financial advisory opinions to various listed companies, including the opinion on share swap between Phatra Capital Plc. and Kiatnakin Bank Plc., the opinion on a delisting tender offer of Thai Property Plc. by Property Perfect Plc., and the opinion on the amendments of the terms and conditions of the debentures of Grande Asset Hotels and Property Plc.Pornchanun has also completed a number of financial restructuring works, both under and out of the Bankruptcy Court of Thailand.

Pornchanun received a B.Eng. degree in computer engineering from the King Mongkut’s Institute of Technology Thonburi in 1994, and an M.B.A. degree in finance from the University of Oklahoma, Norman, USA in 1997.

KITTIPAN ANUTRANUKUL

Kittipan has been involved in a broad range of transactions, including valuation, corporate restructuring, IPO, M&A and fund raising in debt and equity. He was involved in an IPO of Seaoil Plc., an international marine fuel supplier and service provider in oil & gas business. He also managed clients in various industries. Energy and property sectors are his key area of expertise with power plant capacity of more than 0.50 GW in total. He utilized his expertise in energy sector to evaluate and provide recommendation on an investment in one of the largest LPG suppliers in Thailand. He engaged in various transactions in property sector ranging from condominium, hotel to commercial area. He also handled various deals across industries such as infrastructure, healthcare, automotive, insurance, logistic and food industry. He also provided independent financial advisor’s opinion on number of transactions such as the opinion on the sale of net farebox revenues to be generated from the operation of the BTS SkyTrain System to BTS Mass Transit Growth Infrastructure Fund (BTSGIF), the first infrastructure fund in Thailand, the opinion on the acquisition of condominiums in Bangkok and Hua Hin by Everland Plc. and the opinion on the share swap between Phatra Capital Plc. and Kiatnakin Bank Plc.

Kittipan graduated with a bachelor degree in civil engineering from Chulalongkorn University and worked as a civil engineer for a few years before continuing his study. He received a master degree in finance with distinction from Curtin University of Technology, Australia. He was also awarded “Best Graduating Student in the Master of Finance” for his excellent academic performance.
